Frank Heck

Frank Heck is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and transportation design. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Kimley-Horn since November 2021, Frank previously held the position of Transportation Group Director at HNTB Corporation from March 2013 to November 2021. Frank's career includes roles as Project Manager and Highway Design Group Manager at Jacobs Engineering from August 2004 to February 2013 and as Project Manager at Boyle Engineering from October 1996 to August 2004. Frank earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts in Engineering from Hillsborough Community College, along with a high school diploma in Drafting and Design from Montgomery County Technical School and a general academic diploma from Plymouth Whitemarsh High School.
