Richard Lashier

Richard LaShier, PE, is an experienced Traffic Engineer currently employed at Kimley-Horn since May 2024. Prior to this role, Richard served as a Senior Associate and Traffic Engineer at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson from May 2012 to April 2024, providing traffic engineering services for various state departments of transportation and local projects in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
