Robert Ferrin

Robert Ferrin, PTMP, currently serves as a Mobility & Parking Sr. Project Manager at Kimley-Horn since July 2022. Previously, Ferrin was the Assistant Director for Parking Services at the City of Columbus, overseeing public on-street parking operations. Prior roles include Parking & Mobility Manager for the City of Aurora and Manager of On-Street Programs for the City and County of Denver, specializing in parking infrastructure and curb lane management. Ferrin initiated significant programs and projects throughout a career that began at Charlotte Center City Partners, where responsibilities included research, data analysis, and community engagement. Ferrin holds a Master of Art and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
