Terry Shaw

Terry Shaw, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in transportation planning and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Practice Builder at Kimley-Horn since September 2020, Terry is tasked with developing practices in transportation planning and intelligent transportation systems. Prior roles include Associate Vice President and Group Director at HNTB, where responsibility encompassed quality delivery of projects in Northeast Florida, and Vice President at TranSystems, overseeing the Jacksonville office and managing business development and operations. Additional experience includes senior program management roles at PBS&J International and RS&H, as well as early career positions at the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development. Terry holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami.
