Doug Pearlman

Doug Pearlman is an experienced land management professional with a diverse background in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Land Manager at Kimmeridge since September 2020, Doug focuses on land acquisitions and evaluations for Kimmeridge Carbon Solutions, specifically for afforestation projects in the southeastern United States. Simultaneously, Doug operates as an Energy Consultant at DMP Land & Energy LLC, where consultancy work includes strategic contract management and negotiation for midstream oil and gas operations. Previously, Doug held key roles such as Senior Landman at Wold Energy Partners, LLC, and Land Negotiator at Encana Corporation, now Ovintiv Inc. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Global Energy Management from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Professional Land and Resource Management from Western Colorado University. Doug’s experience is further enhanced by a foundational role in real estate development and service in the US Navy.
