Michael Healey

Michael Healey currently serves as Vice President of Sustainable Investment, Engagement & Research at Kimmeridge since May 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held multiple positions at ConocoPhillips, including Director of Planning and Economics and Supervisor of Delaware Basin F&PA from March 2021 to May 2023. Michael also worked as Investor Relations Manager and Senior Financial Analyst at Concho from July 2018 to March 2021. Earlier in their career, Michael held roles at RSP Permian, Inc. and ConocoPhillips, focusing on commercial financial analysis and economic planning. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Kansas State University, attained in 2011.
