Allison Reid

Allison Reid is the current Chief Development Officer at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. Allison has held this position since April of 2006, and has been with the company for just over twelve years. Prior to their time at Kimpton, Allison Reid was the Chief Financial Officer at W Hotels from April 2004 to April 2006. In this role, they were a business partner to the President of W Hotels and was responsible for driving both short and long term business objectives. This included pricing and revenue management, capital and ROI projects, as well as marketing and licensing opportunities. Reid was also responsible for the full P&L, which they used to drive operating and brand growth initiatives. During their time at W Hotels, Allison Reid consistently exceeded year over year growth targets.

In April of 2006, Allison Reid transitioned to Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. where they took on the role of Senior Vice President - Development CDO. In this role, they led a team of 40+ individuals including managed and franchise deal teams, feasibility teams, development marketing teams, and development operations teams. Under Reid's leadership, the team was reorganized to allow for consistent unit growth, cost containment, and professional growth for associates. Additionally, they partnered with the Global Brand Leader to launch the Tribute Portfolio brand in 2015 and developed and implemented a new incentive compensation plan to drive individual and team performance. Allison Reid has a Master's in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a dual degree in Hospitality and Accounting and Finance from Bryant University. Allison also has a certification from the Nevada Gaming Commission in Nevada Gaming Licnese.

They work with Joe Pagone - Vice President, Operations Hotels & Restaurants, Connor Smith - Vice President, Brand & Marketing, and Nick Gregory - Senior Vice President, Hotels. Charlotte Dehaven - Vice President, Development, Tiffany Cooper - Senior Vice President, Development, and Hari Jun - Director of Development report to Allison Reid. Allison Reid reports to Mike DeFrino, Chief Executive Officer.
