Shad Snell

Shad Snell has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2009, they worked as the Beverage Manager at Custom House Inc until 2015. From 2005 to 2015, they held the role of Outside Sales Representative/Project Management at Hayward Lumber. In 2013, Shad joined Sunrun Inc. as the Project Operations Lead/Multi-Family Admin, a position they held until 2019. Shad then worked at Avolta in multiple roles, including Operations and Inspection Manager, from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Shad is the Director of Internal Operations at Kin Home, a position they have held since June 2022.
