Lee Bage McIpd

Lee Bage has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and people management. Lee is currently employed at Kin + Carta as the Global People Transformation and Change Director, where they are responsible for creating the vision and brand for people transformation and change. Lee also partners with executive stakeholders and business leadership to drive tangible and measurable positive change. Prior to this role, they worked at Gymshark as a People Partner with a global remit, where they partnered with various functional leaders and managed a team of People Advisors.

Before joining Gymshark, Lee was a People Partner for Transformation at Virgin Media, where they played a key role in driving organizational change. Lee also worked as an Interim HR Business Partner at Dentsu and as a Volunteer at Volunteer Society Nepal.
