Nick Mason

Nick Mason has over 20 years of experience in IT and information security. Nick has held various roles at St Ives plc, including Information Security Risk Auditor, IT Manager, Group Technical Project Manager, IT Team Leader, Systems Manager, Senior IT Systems Engineer, and IT Support Administrator. At Incite, they served as the Head of IT and Information Security, where they successfully certified the company to ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and managed the IT and information security functions. Currently, Nick is the Global Head of Information Security at Kin + Carta, where they lead the development of a cybersecurity framework and oversees the global IT roadmap.

Nick Mason obtained a BA (HONS) degree in Business Studies from De Montfort University. Nick has also obtained several certifications, including CIS-TN ISO 27001:2022 ISMS Transition, Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM), ISO 27001:2013 Certified ISMS Lead Implementer (CIS LI), Certified Incident Response Management Foundation (CIRM F), ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, EU General Data Protection Regulation Foundation (GDPR F), and ISO27001:2013 Certified ISMS Internal Auditor (CIS IA).
