Lekshmy Shaji

Lekshmy Shaji has extensive work experience in the field of supply chain and logistics solutions. Lekshmy currently holds the position of Delivery Director at Kinaxis, where they are responsible for professional services on a global scale. Lekshmy leads multiple teams and oversees the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects. Additionally, they serve as a subject matter expert for sales and presales. Prior to this role, Lekshmy worked as a Director of Solutions at Kinaxis, where they managed a team of solution architects and consultants, ensured quality and value-add for customers, and collaborated with other departments. Before joining Kinaxis, Lekshmy held positions at E2open, Flo Group, HCL Technologies, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services, and Confederation of Indian Industry, where they gained experience in solution architecture, consulting, and business development.

Lekshmy Shaji completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration from the University of Kerala in 2000. Lekshmy then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Finance from the same university, graduating in 2003.
