Saywack Nandkeshwar has extensive experience in customer support and service operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Support at Kinaxis since August 2008, where responsibilities include leading a team of 17 and coordinating complex customer issue resolutions across multiple departments. Previously held positions at Kinaxis include Senior Manager of Service Operations and Manager of Service Operations, with a focus on delivering software support services and maintaining high service level agreements. Before Kinaxis, Saywack was a CSI/System Integrator at Alcatel from June 2003 to August 2008, specializing in build processes and testing. Saywack holds a diploma in Computer Programming from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, earned between 2000 and 2002.
