Ada Sayman is an experienced professional in the logistics and shipping industry. With a background in import and export operations, Ada specializes in managing end-to-end logistics processes, ensuring timely and seamless delivery of cargo. Ada has a strong focus on customer service, communication, and compliance with international shipping regulations. Currently working as a Team Leader in export customer service, Ada leads operations, coordinates with carriers and overseas agencies, and ensures data integrity. Ada's expertise also extends to import operations, where Ada has managed customs procedures, optimized logistics processes, and built strong relationships with stakeholders. Ada is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Trade and Logistics from Istanbul University.
