Rachael Haverstick

Rachael Haverstick is currently the Director of Program Operations at KINBER. Prior to this role, she held positions such as Curriculum & Instruction Specialist and Teaching & Learning Consultant at Lancaster-Lebanon IU13. With a background in education, Rachael has experience as an Instructional Coach at Conrad Weiser Area School District and a Reading Specialist at Lebanon School District. She has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Scranton. Throughout her career, Rachael has shown a dedication to improving instruction for students and providing professional development for educators.
