Donna Foti has extensive work experience in consumer insights and analytics. Donna is currently the Director of Consumer Insights & Analytics at KIND since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at KIND as a Consumer Insights Consultant from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they worked as a Market Research Consultant at Zoetis Inc. in 2018.

From 2015 to 2017, Donna was the Director of Consumer Insights at Pinnacle Foods, where they played a leadership role in reinvigorating brands such as Wish-Bone, Vlasic, and Log Cabin through consumer-led marketing and innovation.

From 2012 to 2015, they served as the Sr. Director of Innovation Intelligence at HEINEKEN, leading consumer insight and ideation efforts for all innovation initiatives.

Prior to that, Donna founded their consultancy called A-ha! Insights in 2008, where they specialized in delivering powerful brand strategies, differentiated positioning, and sustainable innovation for clients such as Heineken USA, Citibank, and Diageo.

Donna also worked as the Consumer Insights Director for Wired Magazine at Conde Nast in 2008, where they helped transform the magazine's image and led the development of insight-led sales materials for diverse advertiser consumer targets.

From 1999 to 2008, Donna held various roles at Diageo, including Director of Ideation/Consumer Planning, Head of Ideation, Co-Head of Innovation Insights, and Head of Consumer Insights. Donna built brands through insight-driven strategy, positioning, and innovation across the beverage alcohol portfolio.

Donna began their career at Unilever in 1996, where they served as a Senior Manager of Consumer Learning, influencing insight-driven strategies and marketing efforts for brands such as Lipton Soups and Side Dishes and Wish-Bone.

Donna started their professional journey as a Senior Market Research Analyst at Pfizer in 1993.

Donna Foti earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Montclair State University, graduating between 1985 and 1989. In addition to their degree, they obtained a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute in an unspecified year and a Cicerone certification from the Cicerone Certification Program in 2012.
