Tanya Kaye has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2009, they worked as an Event Coordinator at Ark Total Wealth. From 2013 to 2013, they served as a Secondee at Jawun Indigenous Corporate Partnerships. In 2017, they became a Mentor at the Australian Indigenous Education Foundation (AIEF). Tanya then joined KPMG Australia in 2012 and held various positions, including Accountant, Senior Accountant, Assistant Manager, Audit Manager, and Senior Manager. In 2022, they participated in the Startmate Women Fellowship program as a Startmate Fellow. Currently, Tanya works as Finance and Growth at Kinde and concurrently serves as a Volunteer at Climate Salad. Tanya'sexperience demonstrates a strong background in finance, leadership, and community engagement.

Tanya Kaye's education history begins with their completion of high school at Masada College, where they obtained their Higher School Certificate in 2007. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of New South Wales from 2008 to 2011. During this period, they also studied International Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Spanish at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - Kenan-Flagler Business School, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from 2010 to 2011. Later, they attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants from 2012 to 2014, where they became a Chartered Accountant.
