Beau Ashley

Beau Ashley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, finance, and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Director of Business Development, Finance, and M&A for Energy Transition Ventures at Kinder Morgan, Inc. since February 2014. In this role, Beau leads M&A and organic growth initiatives focused on low-carbon and renewable energy assets and oversees economic analysis and long-term financial planning for the segment. Prior to Kinder Morgan, Beau held positions at RBC Capital Markets as an Investment Banking Associate, and at Citigroup in various roles including Investment Banking Analyst. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting from Southern Methodist University and an Associate's Degree in General Business from Dallas College. Beau's early career includes service as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, where leadership and project management skills were honed.
