David Powell

David Powell has extensive experience in welding inspection, holding various senior positions at Kinder Morgan since April 2013, including Senior Welding Inspector, Assistant Chief Inspector, Chief Inspector, and multiple tenures as Senior Welding Inspector. Prior to Kinder Morgan, David was the Owner of Amnesia Sportfishing Company from December 2014 to September 2019 and worked as a Welding Inspector at HKA Enterprises from November 2010 to April 2013 and at VT Halter Marine from January 2008 to November 2010. David's educational credentials include certifications as an AWS Certified Welding Inspector, OQSG Proctor/Evaluator, and NCCER Master Trainer, as well as a 500 GT Master Without Oceans degree from USCG and a certification in welding from Louisiana Tech University.
