Mark O'Neill has extensive experience in the energy sector, particularly in pipeline and plant construction. Since June 1980, O'Neill has served at Kinder Morgan as a Project Manager and Construction Manager, focusing on quality assurance and compliance in construction audits, as well as overseeing plant operations across two locations in New York. Prior to Kinder Morgan, O'Neill worked as an NDE Superintendent at Tennessee Gas Pipeline from November 2004 to June 2012, holding certifications such as ASNT Level III and CWI. O'Neill holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from SUNY Empire State College and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Internal Combustion Engine Technology from Alfred State College.
