Spencer Burton

Spencer Burton, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management within the energy sector. Currently serving as a Principal Project Manager at Kinder Morgan since October 2015, Spencer is involved in significant projects including the Northeast Energy Direct Transmission Project and the Elba Expansion. Prior roles include Program Director at Gulf Interstate Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed managing a major pipeline project and overseeing EPCM contracts. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Halcrow, TransCanada, El Paso, and Enron Engineering and Construction, focusing on gas storage and pipeline projects. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
