Shannon Garrity

Shannon Garrity, M.S.Ed is an experienced professional in early childhood education, currently serving as the Community Partnerships Manager at KinderCare Learning Companies since December 2024. In this role, Shannon leads a team focused on providing support to families and children while fostering connections to local partnerships and programs that enhance health, wellbeing, and educational development. Prior to this position, Shannon held various leadership roles including Deputy Director of Strategic Initiatives at SPARK Learning Lab and Community Engagement and Systems Building Director at the Indiana Department of Health. With a diverse background that includes experience as a Center Director and Lead Teacher at Day Nursery Early Care & Education Centers, Shannon's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education from Capella University and a BA in History/Political Science from Flagler College.
