Kristin Fleming

Kristin Fleming currently serves as the Senior Director of Brand Management at Kinder's Premium Quality Seasonings & Sauces, focusing on establishing and scaling the Brand Management function amid transformative business growth since November 2023. Previously, Kristin held multiple roles at The Clorox Company, including Director of Brand Management and Marketing Director, where responsibilities included leading a team of 20 marketers, developing integrated marketing campaigns, and managing P&L ownership for major product lines such as Clorox Cleaning and Hidden Valley Ranch. With a background in brand strategy, consumer insights, and marketing innovation spanning over a decade, Kristin has proven expertise in driving growth and enhancing brand equity across various portfolios. Kristin earned a BSBA in Marketing and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and has furthered education at The University of Queensland.
