Gregory Robb has an extensive work history spanning over two decades. Gregory began their career as a Senior Workstation Specialist at Harley-Davidson Motor Company in 1999 and then transitioned into the role of Manufacturing Engineer, Sr. in 2006. Afterward, they joined the company's Lean Production Systems team as an Area Manager, overseeing the implementation of efficient manufacturing processes from 2011 to 2014. Following their time at Harley-Davidson, Gregory worked as a Quality Operations Manager at REV Recreation Group for a year before joining PepperBall- United Tactical Systems as a Plant Operations Manager in 2015. In 2016, they joined Johnson & Johnson as a Process Excellence Manager, responsible for driving process improvement initiatives. In 2019, Gregory worked as the Director of Operational Excellence at the State of Missouri, leading a statewide program focused on operational efficiency and process improvement. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at KinderSystems since October 2022, where they utilize their strong customer service skills and experience to ensure client satisfaction. Gregory Robb attended Rockhurst University from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology. After completing their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2004. During this time, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. In 2011, Gregory Robb pursued further education at SigmaPro and achieved the designation of Certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
