Angela Brooks has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Kindeva Drug Delivery since May 2020, supporting 350 employees and reporting to the UK HR Director. Prior to this role, Angela worked at 3M United Kingdom PLC for over a decade, holding various positions including Human Resources Manager, Employee Relations Manager, and HR Manager, where responsibilities included managing HR operations for large manufacturing teams and providing guidance on employee relations matters. Earlier career stages included HR roles at 3M Health Care Ltd and Brush Turbogenerators, starting as an Human Resources Administrator. Angela holds multiple degrees in Personnel Management and Human Resource Management from De Montfort University, the University of Derby, and the University of Greenwich.
