Penny Lisney

Penny Lisney currently serves as the Global Director of Continuous Improvement at Kindeva Drug Delivery, where responsibilities include driving operational and customer excellence across various departments while ensuring global alignment and growth in continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, Penny accumulated extensive experience at 3M, holding multiple roles including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Value Stream/Product Supply Manager for inhalers and pharmaceuticals. Prior positions at 3M Health Care and Ashby Scientific involved quality engineering and project management, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership & Management from Loughborough College, obtained from 2017 to 2020.
