Simmon Schaefer

Simmons Schaefer is an experienced executive in strategic partnerships and account management within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Kindeva Drug Delivery since May 2020, Schaefer oversees strategic partnerships for commercial accounts and ensures alliance effectiveness. Previously, Schaefer held various roles at 3M from May 1998 to May 2020, including Global Key Accounts Leader and Business Development Manager, focusing on customer satisfaction, sales growth, and the development of pharmaceutical products. Schaefer holds a BA in Operations Management from the University of St. Thomas and has completed the Executive Education program at Columbia University Business School through 3M's IGNITE Leadership Program.
