Yasier Samaai

Yasier Samaai has a diverse work experience starting in 2005 as a Customer Service Representative at Engen. Yasier later worked as a Retail Credit Controller at Engen before transitioning into the role of Quality Assessor and Trainer in the Customer Service Centre. In this role, they assessed and evaluated agents' performance and provided necessary training to improve customer interactions.

Yasier then took on the position of Key Account Support, where they delivered top-tier service to premier clients and managed key account relationships nationally. Yasier moved up to become a Key Account Management Team Leader, where they led a team of Key Account Service Representatives and implemented departmental restructuring for improved efficiency.

After that, Yasier worked as a Front Line Team Leader, supervising a team of 20 Customer Service Representatives and ensuring operational service levels were met. Yasier then took on the role of Front Line Operational Coach, where they designed and delivered coaching and training methods to improve service quality and operational targets.

In 2019, Yasier joined Mindful Knowmad as the Managing Director and Head Transformational Coach. In this role, they help clients overcome obstacles in their lives through Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Most recently, they became the Head of Advertiser Onboarding and Customer Support at Kindred, a marketplace that connects influencers, brands, and charities.

Yasier Samaai started their education journey in 2007 at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, where they pursued Credit Management and completed their degree in 2009. After a few years, in 2014, they enrolled in E-Careers (Online) to study Project Management for a brief period. In 2015, Yasier attended Damelin, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marketing Management for three years, graduating in 2018. In 2019, they furthered their education at Conscious Maverick, obtaining certification as a Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
