Heather O’Sullivan

Heather O’Sullivan’s 20-plus years of health care experience span both clinical experience as a geriatric nurse practitioner and clinical operations in senior leadership roles at a number of the nation’s leading post-acute care organizations, health plans and home health care organizations. Heather provides strategic clinical leadership and direction to the organization, developing, implementing and advancing Kindred at Home’s patient-centered care delivery models. Heather earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina and her Master of Science in nursing from Simmons College. She serves as a corporate adviser to the American Organization of Nursing Leadership.
