Erin Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Erin currently serves as the Vice President of People & Culture at Kindred Bravely, where they have been working since 2022. Prior to this, Erin held the position of Vice President of Operations & Organizational Effectiveness at the same company from 2020. Erin also has experience as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Senior Project Manager at Kindred Bravely.

Erin also holds additional certifications in Strategic Human Resources Leadership, The Six Types of Working Genius, Lean (Bronze & Silver), and Mediation.
