Christina Guilherme is an experienced clinician and caregiver support specialist currently working at Kindred Connections Society. With a background in social work and community development, Christina has held various roles, including Respite Worker at Family Managed Services, where support is provided to a young woman with Down syndrome, and Youth Program Team Leader at Vecova Centre for Disability Services and Research, leading a team to assist high school students facing employment barriers. Notable past experiences also include community economic development work with women’s sewing groups and research internships focused on best practices for employment programs for individuals with Autism.
