Nick Savva

Vice President, Strategy Development And Delivery at Kindred Credit Union

Nick Savva has extensive experience in the banking industry, working in various roles for different companies. Nick began their career at Barclays in 1990, where they held multiple positions, including Vice President of International Cash & Trade Management. In this role, they led product teams and was responsible for all aspects of the products. Nick also served as a Project Manager for UK Banking Credit & Operational Risk, where they successfully led a regulatory review to protect customers and the business.

Savva then moved to Bank of Scotland in 2007, where they served as the Vice President of New Product Development, Payment Services. In this role, they designed and led a New Product Development function and increased returns on investment by focusing on market dynamics and customer needs.

In 2009, Savva joined Lloyds Banking Group as the Vice President of Strategy & Market Development, Transaction Banking. Nick was responsible for shaping the bank's strategy and securing investment into Transaction Banking.

Most recently, Savva worked at Kindred Credit Union as the Vice President of Credit Strategy & Underwriting. Nick was a key member of the executive leadership team and was accountable for driving growth in Kindred's credit business.

Throughout their career, Savva has demonstrated a strong ability to drive results, develop strategic visions, and build relationships with stakeholders.

Nick Savva attended White Hart Lane School from 1983 to 1990, where they obtained 3 A-Levels in Economics, Mathematics, and Physics. From 1990 to 1995, they attended the Chartered Institute of Bankers, earning an Associateship of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours.
