Estelle Godfrey

Estelle Godfrey, Assoc. CIPD, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Advisor and Junior HRBP at Kindred Group plc since May 2022. Previously, Estelle actively sought HR opportunities after roles at A.P. Moller - Maersk as an HR Advisor where responsibilities included leading initiatives for the RISE Technology Women's Network, Lane4 as a Client Services Manager, and Equinix supporting the HR Director. Estelle began a career in photography before transitioning to HR, holding various positions that highlight a diverse skill set in recruitment, human resources coordination, and executive assistance. Estelle holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification and a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Film Screen Arts from the University for the Creative Arts.
