Jen Ilsley, PHR, has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the Human Resources field. Jen is currently the Vice President Employee Experience at Aristocrat, where they lead talent acquisition, learning and development, talent capability, and employee events for the Global Gaming Employee Experience Team.
