Juan Segarra

Juan Segarra has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry, starting in 2011 as a Shop Intern at REV-Tech Racing. Juan then worked as a Wind Tunnel/ 7-Post Rig Intern at Penske Racing in 2014. From 2013 to 2015, they held various roles at Georgia Southern University's Formula SAE Team, including Team Captain, Fabrication Lead, Test and Competition Driver, and Driver Controls Team Captain. In 2015, Juan Segarra joined Faraday Future as a Packaging Engineer, Studio Design Engineer, and Senior Project Engineer, where they were involved in race preparation, component design, fabrication, and engineering support for Formula E cars. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as an Engineering Project Director at SHARP Engineering, LLC, managing processes, build schedules, inventory, component sourcing, and supply chain. Juan then joined ARRIVAL as an Advanced Engineering Project Manager from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Kindred Motorworks.

Juan Segarra received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Southern University in the years 2011 to 2015.
