Wendy Krieger

Wendy Krieger has over 25 years of experience in organization development, talent management, and training. Wendy has held leadership roles at various companies, including Kinecta Federal Credit Union, ProAction Unlimited, and First Federal Bank of California (later OneWest Bank). Throughout their career, they have developed and implemented training programs, competency models, career pathing initiatives, and leadership development programs. Wendy has also excelled in roles focusing on human resources, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.

Wendy Krieger completed their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Swarthmore College in 1986. Wendy then went on to attend New York University, where they earned their MA and Ph.D in Industrial-Organizational Psychology between 1986 and 1995.
