Charlie Cooper

Charlie Cooper has a strong background in M&A and corporate development. Charlie currently holds the position of VP, M&A and Corporate Development at Kinective. Prior to this, they held the same role at PartsSource Inc. from November 2022 to December 2023. Before that, they served as the Director of Corporate Development at MRI Software from October 2020 to November 2022. Charlie also has experience in private equity, having worked as a Private Equity Senior Associate at The Riverside Company from July 2020 to October 2020 and as a Private Equity Associate from March 2018 to July 2020. Prior to their private equity roles, they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at KeyBanc Capital Markets from May 2017 to March 2018, and from July 2015 to April 2017. Charlie also has experience as a Summer Analyst at KeyBanc Capital Markets in 2014 and 2013.

Charlie Cooper attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Corporate Finance. In 2013, they also briefly studied Finance at Università Bocconi. Prior to college, Charlie attended University School in Hunting Valley, OH from 2007 to 2011. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Uniform Securities State Law Examination and the Investment Banking Representative Exam in 2015, both from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
