Mike Baka

Mike Baka has over three decades of experience in various operational roles. Mike is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Kinematics, overseeing manufacturing strategy and technology development. Previously, they held leadership positions at CentroMotion, Rexnord Corporation, MANITOU Group, and other companies, where they were responsible for global operations, supply chain management, and manufacturing optimization. Their expertise spans industries such as food and beverage, material handling, and solar technologies.

Mike Baka holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University. Mike also completed an Executive MBA with a focus on International Business at Marquette University, with additional study at the University of Antwerp, Belgium.
