Bianca Raffaele

Bianca Raffaele (Sammartino) started their work experience in 2012 when they established their own marketing consultancy business called Sammartino Consulting. In this role, they provided marketing assistance to numerous small businesses, including developing and implementing marketing plans, managing social media, and coordinating events.

After working for Sammartino Consulting, Bianca joined SOCiETY in 2015 as a Social Planner. Bianca continued in this role until 2017, during which they focused on social media planning.

In 2017, Bianca joined Cadreon as a Social Media Planner/Buyer for a few months before transitioning to Reprise Australia. At Reprise Australia, they held various positions, including Senior Executive | Social & Search, Client Advisory Executive, Client Advisory Manager, and Client Advisory Associate Director. In these roles, they provided client advisory services and managed social and search campaigns. Bianca eventually became the Group Performance Lead at Reprise Australia until September 2023.

Starting in September 2023, Bianca is currently working as a Growth Lead at KINESSO.

Bianca Raffaele (Sammartino) completed their Bachelor of Marketing/International Trade degree at Victoria University from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Ads Manager Campaign Activation, App Essentials, E-Commerce Essentials, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals, LinkedIn Marketing Strategy, Mobile Games Essentials, Snapchat Essentials, and Facebook Certified Media Planning Professional.
