Lisa Enfantie

Lisa Enfantie is an accomplished HSEQ Manager at Kinetic, with extensive experience in safety and sustainability across various sectors. Previously, Lisa served as Principal and Specialist Site Systems at BHP, overseeing site operations from July 2019 to April 2023. Prior roles included Safety Advisor at Hastings Deering, where advice was provided to multiple business centers in Mackay, and HSE Advisor positions at Field Enviro and Thiess. Lisa began a career in safety with Leighton Contractors and Downer EDI Mining, where foundational skills were developed. Academic credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Safety Science, a Diploma in Leadership & Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Central Queensland University, with ongoing studies in a Master's program and an SSE Certificate of Competency in Mining.
