Yael Boneh

Yael Boneh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate development, strategic growth, and legal affairs. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Growth at Kinetic since June 2023, Yael previously held the title of Senior Manager in Corporate Development and M&A at ANZ from November 2020 to June 2023, where responsibilities included providing commercial and strategic advice to the Board and managing enterprise transactions. Prior to this, Yael was a lawyer in the Group General Counsel’s Office at ANZ, and a secondee at Herbert Smith Freehills, specializing in private equity and M&A. Yael holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Monash University and achieved an ATAR of 99.75 from McKinnon Secondary College.
