Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at KINETIC, Aaron leads a cross-functional team focused on injury reduction technologies for the workers' compensation insurance market, including wearable devices and AI-driven platforms. Prior to this role, Aaron held significant leadership positions at Redaptive, Inc., focusing on IoT and energy efficiency, and at Solera, Inc., where expertise in AI and machine learning transformed data into valuable insights for automotive and insurance industries. With previous experience at MathWorks, ASML, GE Transportation, Erdos Miller, Halliburton, and ExxonMobil, Aaron's comprehensive background encompasses systems engineering, embedded systems, and software development, supported by dual degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Texas Tech University.
