Mijael Damian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analytics and technology-driven initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Data at KINETIC since October 2016, Mijael has played a crucial role in integrating AI and machine learning to enhance workplace safety, notably through the incorporation of OpenAI's API into the claims grading system. Previously, as Head of Analytics at KINETIC, Mijael made significant improvements in manufacturing processes and production efficiency. Mijael also held the position of Director of Analytics at KeyMe from January 2014 to December 2015, where leadership in strategic technology initiatives contributed to the launch of an innovative car key duplication service.
