Alan Swan

Alan Swan possesses extensive experience in operations and management across multiple organizations, currently serving as the Global Lean Value Stream Manager for Negative Pressure Technology at 3M since December 2019. Prior to this role, Alan held positions at Acelity and Kinetic Concepts, where responsibilities included Operations Manager and EMEA Repair Center Manager. Alan's earlier career included roles at Hewlett-Packard, advancing from Production Supervisor to Technical Supervisor. Academically, Alan holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Management from Technological University of the Shannon, along with a Bachelor of Business in Business/Human Resource Management and a Diploma in People Management from National College of Ireland, and a Certificate in Supervisory Management from the Irish Management Institute.
