Gerritt Graham

Gerritt Graham has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gerritt is currently serving as the EVP of Growth Strategy at Kinetic Insurance, where they are involved in pioneering change in Workers Compensation through product-led Insurtech offerings. Prior to this role, Gerritt served as an Advisory Board Member at Karus, Inc. and as an Executive Member at New York Revenue Collective.

From 2020 to 2021, Gerritt worked as the Chief Revenue Officer at Encamp, an environmental compliance platform. Gerritt was responsible for aggregating and centralizing data, streamlining workflows, and automating submissions for companies to proactively manage risk.

From 2018 to 2020, Gerritt acted as the Chief Commercial Officer at Corvus Insurance Holdings, Inc. In this role, they developed a comprehensive insurance distribution go-to-market plan to drive GWP performance across Retail and Wholesale brokerage channels.

Prior to these positions, Gerritt held various roles at Kurtosys Systems from 2011 to 2018, including Director of Enterprise Growth, Global Sales Director, and US Sales Director. Before Kurtosys, they worked at Gerson Lehrman Group as the Vice President of Business Development - Private Equity from 2008 to 2011 and at Reuters as the Director of Business Development - Major Accounts from 2003 to 2008.

Gerritt's earlier experience includes working as a Sales Representative at Proscape Technologies from 2000 to 2003 and at Oracle from 1997 to 2000.

Gerritt Graham attended Salisbury School from 1987 to 1990 but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any specific field of study. Subsequently, from 1990 to 1994, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Georgetown University.
