Matt Hallewell

Matt Hallewell is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and professional services. Currently serving as Chief Digital Officer at Kinetic IT since March 2024, Matt previously held the position of Head of Professional Services at VMware from March 2020 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading teams to enhance customer success across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this, Matt spent a decade at Avanade in various leadership roles, including Executive for the Cloud and Modern IT Business Unit, where Matt managed the Australia Cloud business and directed cloud sales and project delivery. Matt's career began as a Technology Consultant at Compaq Computer Corporation, after earning a BSc (Hons) in Industrial and Business Systems from De Montfort University.
