Melissa Bain has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as the Director of HR Shared Services at Kinetic IT since May 2022. Prior roles include Senior Manager and Senior Payroll Manager at Kinetic IT, Payroll Manager at ABN Group, and Senior Payroll Officer at Resolute Mining Limited. Additional positions held include Payroll Manager at Sugarman Australia, Payroll Supervisor at Toxfree, and various payroll-related roles at BHP Billiton, KIEWIT AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, and National Lifestyle Villages. Melissa's early career includes HR positions at Straits Resources and National Lifestyle Villages. A graduate of The University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management, Melissa also played a key role in implementing the SAP HCM Module to bring payroll processes in-house at previous organizations.
