Tom Deile

Tom Deile is an accomplished Human Resources executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Kinetics since February 2018, Tom previously held the position of Director of National Talent Acquisition and Training and Development at the Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc., where significant achievements included leading a national delivery team and enhancing recruiter efficiency by over 50%. Prior roles include Director of Service Delivery for CDI Professional Services, managing significant revenue programs, and Area Manager at Volt. Tom holds a BA in Biology from Pacific Lutheran University and an MA in Sport Management from the United States Sports Academy.
