Brent Phiscator

Brent Phiscator has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Brent is currently employed at Kinetik as the Senior Director of Customer Success since December 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Client Services at Kinetik from August 2022 until December 2022.

Before joining Kinetik, Brent worked at MTM, Inc. where they held the position of Regional Director of Operations from November 2019 to April 2022. In this role, they led the operations team in the Southeast and was responsible for NEMT/Transportation services, overseeing dispatch, contact center, vendor relations, and quality. Additionally, they managed a network of transportation providers and ensured the successful performance of over 1,500 drivers.

Brent Phiscator also worked at Hibu (formerly Yellowbook), where they served as the Senior Manager - Operations Director for the Southeastern US from 2008 to 2019. In this role, they directed distribution, logistics, and operations functions across 11 states, managing a budget of up to $10 million. Brent was responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling field managers and distribution vendors, overseeing the distribution of 18 million products annually. Brent played a key role in improving processes, cutting costs, and optimizing resource utilization.

Prior to their role at Hibu, Brent held various positions at Yellowbook, including Area Operations Manager and Regional Distribution Manager. Brent joined as an Associate Distribution Manager and earned two promotions, successfully managing distribution operations in central Florida. Brent was responsible for hiring contract staff, setting up call center operations for quality control verification, and developing logistics plans for over 1 million deliveries per year.

Brent Phiscator completed their education at three different institutions. From the year 1999 to 2001, they attended St. Petersburg College, where they achieved an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Brent then enrolled in Western Governors University in 2018 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management within the same year. Lastly, they pursued higher education at Western Governors University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which they completed in 2019.
