Solveig Major

Solveig Major started their work experience in 2003 as a Customer Care Key Account at Arcor. Solveig then worked at Fenix Outdoor, where they held the roles of Sales Marketing Assistant from 2006 to 2011 and Inside Sales Manager from 2011 to 2018. In 2019, they joined Tiba Managementberatung GmbH as a Referent Sales Central, and they worked there until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Solveig worked as an Inside Sales Manager at ProVI GmbH. Currently, they are the Head of Sales Operations at KINEXON Industries GmbH, where they lead an international sales operations and sales controlling team. Solveig also works on cross-functional development, project management, and support for the sales team and Chief Revenue Officer. Additionally, they adapt and further develops Salesforce for the company's needs. In 2023, Solveig also became a Ringana Business Partner.

Solveig Major attended Bsz Plauen from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a degree as a Kauffrau im Eisenbahn- und Straßenverkehr. Solveig then pursued their education at FernUniversität in Hagen from 2001 to 2006 and received a Vordiplom in Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Finally, from 2009 to 2011, they attended Bfz München and earned a Geprüfter Wirtschaftsfachwirt (IHK) - Bachelor Degree with a specialization in Personalmanagement.
