Oun Albariqi

Oun Albariqi is the Executive Director of Human Resources at King Abdullah Medical City (KAMC) in Makkah since July 2017, where responsibilities include assisting the CEO in developing the organization's vision and strategic objectives. Oun has held multiple roles within KAMC, including Acting Executive Director of Human Resources, Director of Recruitment, Director of Employee Relations, and Head of Personnel. Prior experience includes positions as Head of Administration and Operating + HR and Human Resources Specialist at KAMC from 2010 to 2016, and Executive Customer Service at Maersk Line from 2007 to 2010. Oun holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Services and Hospitals from King AbdulAziz University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship from Midocean University. Oun is also equipped with professional qualifications as a CHRO, Associate CIPD 5, and PMP.
